Return Period
You can return items within 30 days of receiving them.
Return Requirements
Items must be in perfect condition, without damage or signs of use (e.g., no dents, scratches, or paint chips on wall vases), and be resaleable.
Customers must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).
Items must be returned in their original packaging as received.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are not responsible for returns or exchanges due to errors in shipping (e.g., wrong style/size) or product defects (e.g., cracks, damage, lack of shine, missing accessories, etc.).
For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike of the color, incorrect size), the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Non-returnable items:
Items past the return period.
Items damaged (cracks, breaks, etc. caused by human error).
Items showing signs of use.
Customized items.
Customized items are non-refundable if returned due to personal reasons. However, if the item is unusable due to a manufacturing defect, a return and refund are possible.

If approved, we will provide a return address and return instructions.

Refund Processing Time:
After receiving and confirming your return, we will process your refund within three business days. We will send you a refund confirmation email upon completion.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be returned to the original account used at checkout. The processing time depends on the bank's processing speed.
Product Defects
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please take photos and contact us. yiruizn will replace it free of charge. You can also choose a refund without any additional fees.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return and then place a new order.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
